Job Purpose:

The Engineer - Finishing (QA Blade) conducts inspections during the finishing
stage of blade manufacturing, focusing on surface quality, dimensional accuracy,
and balance. This role monitors finishing parameters, identifies defects, and
coordinates corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards. The position
supports process improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with finishing
standards, and collaborates with finishing operators, providing training and
technical guidance to uphold quality and safety protocols.
