Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Engineering Recruiter with experience recruiting for engineering and product development roles across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, Firmware, Hardware, and related engineering positions while supporting US-based clients and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Recruit for a wide range of engineering roles including:
Mechanical Engineers
Electrical Engineers
Electromechanical Engineers
Electrical & Mechanical Test Engineers/Technicians
Hardware Engineers
PCB Design Engineers
Embedded Software Engineers
Firmware Engineers
FPGA Engineers
Validation & Verification Engineers
Systems Engineers




Product Development Engineers
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct technical and behavioral screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with account managers, delivery managers, and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Evaluate resumes against job descriptions and identify skill gaps, transferable skills, and candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client stakeholders across US time zones.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
