Finance Transformation

Level: Financial Planning and Analysis Process- Manager , Functional Transformation

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

As a Manager,



Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:

Lead and support finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance improvement.
Assess current-state FP&A; processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help design target-state processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.
Support implementation and optimization of finance technologies and enterprise performance tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or OneStream.
Deliver financial data analysis, variance reporting, KPI rationalization, and executive-ready insights for senior stakeholder decision-making.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support project delivery, user enablement, and ongoing process adoption.
