Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Support Resource Management (RMG) and consultant allocation activities.
Assist in staffing coordination and project resource tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS related to resource utilization and operations.
Assist in customer coordination, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
Support business development initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and other strategic projects.
Eligibility
MBA (Information Technology), MBA (Marketing),



or MBA (Operations) – Freshers or Final Semester Students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders.
Good analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
