Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate SAP AMS projects and support engagements.
Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership.
Monitor SLA and KPI compliance across AMS engagements.
Coordinate with customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
Support resource planning, project documentation, and operational governance.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in PMO, project coordination, or SAP AMS.




Strong understanding of project governance and service delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in SAP support or AMS projects is preferred.
