Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our Healthcare Product team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing enterprise web applications, APIs, and AI-enabled features. Beyond individual execution, the candidate should be comfortable dividing work across the QA team, guiding and coaching junior engineers, and being capable of independently owning QA activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities




Understand business requirements and prepare test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, System, and End-to-End testing
Execute comprehensive regression testing for every release
Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for web applications
Perform API testing and API automation
Validate backend data using SQL queries
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or Azure DevOps
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Team, AI Team, and Business Analysts
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and release activities
Team & People Management
Divide and allocate testing work across the QA team based on release priorities and individual strengths.
Guide junior and mid-level QA engineers on test design, automation practices, and defect investigation
