About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering team based in our Bengaluru office. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role where you will not only manage and mentor engineers but also actively contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of our scalable and robust SaaS platform. You will drive the adoption of modern, microservices-based and agentic-AI architectures and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient software solutions,



collaborating closely with our US-based product and business teams.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of high-performing engineers in Bengaluru, fostering innovation and excellence. Focus on career growth, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
