About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Executive to support end-to-end product development and operational processes. You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D;, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with R&D;, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD)




Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness
Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution
Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS)
Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment
Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG
Solid coordination and communication skills
Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems
Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset
