Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Hadoop Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in managing and supporting large-scale Hadoop ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of Big Data technologies and distributed systems, along with solid troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning capabilities.
The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, scalability,



and performance of the organization’s Big Data platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business-critical data operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer, manage, and support Hadoop ecosystem components including HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive, Kafka, HBase, Solr, and Airflow.
Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Big Data platforms.
Manage cluster capacity planning, upgrades, patching, and backup/recovery activities.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of Hadoop infrastructure.
Monitor cluster health and proactively resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams for seamless platform operations.
Implement automation and operational best practices for platform stability and efficiency.
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and documentation of solutions.
