Job Description: Engineer | Production

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to join our Production team. The role involves assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and installation of geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring systems. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of production activities, maintain quality standards, and provide technical support for both in-house and customer site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of data loggers, multiplexers, and various interface modules as per sales orders.
Procure raw materials and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address material shortages.
Carry out testing, calibration, and site support activities for accelerometers and other geotechnical instruments.
Ensure timely rectification of in-process faults and implement corrective actions to minimize product rejections.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and other departments for smooth execution of production activities.




Perform in-house installation and long-term testing of geotechnical sensors and monitoring equipment.
Provide technical support at customer sites whenever required.
Maintain accurate production records, testing reports, and technical documentation.
Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company guidelines during production and testing activities.

Key Deliverables

Timely assembly and testing of products as per production schedules.
Reduction in production defects and rejection rates through effective troubleshooting.
Accurate testing and validation of geotechnical instruments before dispatch.
Timely procurement coordination to avoid production delays.
Effective cross-functional coordination for uninterrupted production operations.
