20MED is building a next-generation, AI-powered intelligence platform for the global medical equipment industry. Our platform combines Microsoft Fabric, Master Data Management, Azure OpenAI, Claude Vision, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft 365, knowledge graph concepts, semantic search, marketplace functionality, and business intelligence — ingesting structured and unstructured data from a wide range of sources. Our goal is to build the world's most comprehensive healthcare equipment intelligence platform.
The Objective
We are not looking for someone to implement pipelines or build dashboards. Our basic architecture is designed, we now need to upgrade this architecture from basic to enterprise level
Engagement Goals
Working directly with the founder, the architect will:
Review the existing enterprise data architecture
Challenge architectural assumptions where appropriate
Improve scalability and maintainability
Reduce long-term technical debt
Standardize canonical data models
Define enterprise data contracts
Improve the AI ingestion architecture
Validate the Microsoft Fabric architecture
Define enterprise modelling standards
Produce documentation suitable for long-term engineering teams
Required Experience
12+ years in Enterprise Data Architecture
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Fabric
Enterprise data modelling
Canonical data models
Data contracts
Event-driven architecture
Master Data Management
Data governance
Strongly Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following:
Profisee, Semarchy, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or Stibo
Azure OpenAI / AI data pipelines
Knowledge graphs and semantic modelling
Healthcare or life sciences
Enterprise SaaS platforms
