Support in reducing machine breakdowns through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Execute 100% preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
Execute predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability.
Support holiday and shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
Modify PLC programs as per production and machine requirements.
Perform troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machines and automation systems.
Maintain machine health records and maintenance documentation.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and parameter setting of recent equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Technical / Functional Skills
Knowledge of Electrical Machine Drawing preparation and interpretation.
Hands-on experience in Mitsubishi FX & Q Series PLC Programming (Digital & Analog I/O).
Experience in Mitsubishi Servo Drives (J2S, J3 & J4 Series) including parameter setting, tuning, and installation.
Hands-on experience with Vision Systems (Keyence/Cognex or similar industrial vision devices).
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and machine breakdown handling.
Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Knowledge of maintenance documentation and reporting
