POSITION SUMMARY
The ERP Manager will be responsible to oversee the configuration, maintenance
and strategic utilization of our multi-legislative ERP systems. This hybrid role
combines technical administration with business process leadership and will be
responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring system alignment with
business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in finance, inventory
and manufacturing modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing,
sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes.
• Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and
system performance.
• Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web
services or middleware.
• Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system
usage.
• Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.
