Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 10+ years of overall HCM experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Functional Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Prepare Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and configuration workbooks.
Perform system setup, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Manage change requests, enhancements, and production support.
Provide business process consulting and solution recommendations.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
