About The Role

We are looking for experienced State Heads to lead and expand our Corporate Insurance business across Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving business growth, owning the branch P&L;, building high-performing sales teams, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients. Candidates joining Hyderabad and Chennai will play a key role in establishing and scaling new branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete branch P&L; and revenue targets.
Drive acquisition of new corporate clients and expand existing relationships.
Build, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing local sales team.




Develop business across Commercial Insurance products including Fire, Property, Marine, Liability, GMC, GPA, and other corporate risk solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, HR Heads, and business owners.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.
Represent the organization at client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.

Candidate Profile

Must Have

15+ years of experience in Corporate General Insurance Sales.
Experience in Corporate Insurance Broking or General Insurance Companies.
Strong exposure to B2B corporate sales.
Proven experience managing branch or regional business.
Team handling and people management experience.
Experience managing large corporate accounts and commercial insurance portfolios.
