Role Overview
The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the graphic design team, ensuring the delivery of creative and visually compelling designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, creative vision, and hands-on expertise in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for branding, digital marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Review and approve design outputs to ensure quality, consistency,



and adherence to brand standards.
Collaborate with account managers, content writers, digital marketers, and clients to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and improve design processes, workflows, and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure effective resource allocation and team productivity.
Drive innovation and creative excellence across all design projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Robust portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and marketing design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
