Line Operator (Production) Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in operating our plant control systems, monitoring raw materials, performing quality testing, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational procedures to maintain high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities • Plant Operation & Monitoring: Operate plant control systems, adjust operating conditions, monitor key performance parameters, and log data into ERP/database software. Keep track of raw material levels in silos. • Quality Control & Testing: Collect and test samples from jumbo and slit rolls, recording results accurately. Monitor the web inspection system, complete reports, and flag any quality or process abnormalities to the supervisor. • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Assist in identifying and troubleshooting normal operational problems on the line and perform minor maintenance duties as needed. • Safety & Housekeeping:



Maintain a secure working environment and immaculate housekeeping in the line and winder areas. Follow all company safety rules, manage raw/packaging material waste, and act as part of the Emergency Response Team when required. • Compliance: Adhere strictly to SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), QEHS policies, and Integrated Management System (IMS) initiatives. Qualifications & Experience • Education: Completion of Secondary Education (12 years); a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) is highly preferred. • Experience:
5–7 years of plant operating experience, including 2–4 years specifically as an operator. Experience in a non-woven plant is highly preferable. • Skills: Strong fundamental troubleshooting skills, commitment to safety standards, and the ability to minimize material wastage. On-the-job training in Nonwovens plant operations is a major plus.
