We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an International Voice Support representative in India. This role involves providing exceptional voice support to our international customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent voice support to international clients via phone and email.
- Resolve technical issues and inquiries raised by customers in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshoot effectively to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.





Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of technical support processes and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
