We are looking for experienced Data Governance Engineers with US Healthcare domain experience to join our team immediately.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Apply Enterprise Data Management (EDM) frameworks to assess and improve data governance capabilities.
- Conduct Data Maturity Assessments (DCAM) through stakeholder interviews, evidence gathering, and structured assessments.
- Strengthen Data Stewardship, Data Quality, and Metadata Management practices.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, Compliance, and Data Owners across cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into practical data governance solutions.
- Support validation and assessment activities using basic data querying and profiling techniques.
- Develop governance templates, workflows, and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements
- 6–15 years of relevant experience in Data Governance.
- Hands-on experience with DCAM, EDM, DAMA, and DMBOK frameworks.
- Solid experience in US Healthcare .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be available for a 4-hour overlap with EST timings (approximately 9:30 PM IST onwards) .
