Basic Qualifications
● 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
● Proficiency with Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, ORMs, etc..).
● Experience with ReactJS or contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular), and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
● Strong background in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), including
schema and query design.
● Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
● Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in ad tech.
● Experience with programmatic advertising or real-time bidding platforms.
Experience with:
● Spring Boot and related Spring projects.
● Cloud platforms such as AWS.
● Modern DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
● Data Streaming Mechanisms such as Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, and/or SNS/SQS.
