We are looking for skilled Automation Testing professionals with solid experience in Selenium and Java-based test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute automation testing initiatives using Selenium with Java.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure effective test coverage, quality assurance, and timely delivery of testing activities.
- Mentor junior team members and promote automation testing best practices.
- Support project delivery by following testing methodologies and quality standards.

Required Skills:




- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
- Experience in Automation Testing and test script development.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Ability to analyze issues, debug failures, and drive resolutions.
- Experience leading testing activities and collaborating with technology teams.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience managing automation testing deliverables and guiding team members.
