Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services while contributing to technical decisions, architecture improvements, and high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot in a microservices-based architecture.
- Participate in technical design discussions, define service boundaries, and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure reliable service communication across distributed systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features, including requirement analysis, design, development, code reviews,



testing support, and production deployment readiness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following development best practices and coding standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve application reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to performance optimization and scalability improvements for backend services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–9 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java .
- Solid experience with Spring Boot and building enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications .
- Good understanding of REST APIs, API
