Title: HR Recruiter – Hardcore Recruitment

Experience:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in hardcore recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent across various functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building talent pipelines, improving hiring efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create detailed candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback collection.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer rollout process in accordance with company policies.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Act as a strategic recruitment part
