* Drive risk-based onboarding of vendors, ensuring completion of due diligence,
risk scorecards, and mandatory approvals
* Evaluate materiality & criticality of vendors and align approvals as per risk
classification
* Ensure no vendor engagement without ORM/IRM approval and compliance to
outsourcing framework
* Monitor ongoing vendor risk through periodic/annual due diligence and
performance reviews
* Oversee contract & SLA governance to mitigate operational and compliance
risks
* Manage change requests, renewals, and scope changes with updated risk
assessments
* Govern vendor offboarding, including risk containment (access revocation,
data security, etc.)
* Support audit, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews
Eligibility
* 5–10 years of experience in Operational Risk / Vendor Risk / Compliance /
Vendor Management
* Robust understanding of outsourcing risk, regulatory frameworks, and
third-party risk management
* Prior exposure to BFSI environment preferred
