Job Description:
- Effectively manage and process complaints and Vigilance reports , which includes performing daily tasks associated with process including collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Collecting necessary complaint.
- Performing follow up with the customer (written)
- Determining reportability of complaints
- Creating associate Regulatory reports (eg; MDRs) per regulations
- Evaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrieval
- Responding to customer complaints (written)
- Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure.
- Effectively manage workflow, identifying issues
- Participate in continuous improvement, efforts and projects, as assigned
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
- Required skills:
- Good Communication Skills in English (written and verbal)
- Capable of working in highly-regulated environment
- Proficient with basics in MS -OFFICE
