We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP, Digital Innovation and Transformation

In this role, you will be:
- Lead end-to-end process discovery (workshops, interviews, shadowing) to map current-state processes, pain points, risks, and control gaps.
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities (time saved, error reduction, risk/control uplift), building a prioritised pipeline and business cases.




- Define target-state processes and solution options, partnering with Automation/Engineering to validate feasibility and approach.
- Produce high-quality analysis artefacts: process maps (BPMN/Visio), user stories, acceptance criteria, functional/non-functional requirements, data requirements, and test scenarios.
- Support delivery through the lifecycle: backlog refinement, sprint support, change impacts, and benefits tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations, Investment teams, Risk/Compliance, and Technology to ensure solutions meet governance, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
- Promote standardisation and re-use (templates, process patterns, controls-by-design) across Asset Management operations.

To be successful you will be:
- 8+ years’ Business Analysis experience, ideally within Asset Management, Wealth, Banking Operations.
- Strong process discovery and process re-engineering capability;
