The Data Platform Engineer will contribute to the development and operation of Digantara's data platform, supporting scalable ingestion, processing, storage, and delivery of mission-critical space data. Working alongside senior engineers, this role will help build reliable data pipelines and backend services that power the Space Mission Assurance Platform.





Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years of experience building or supporting data platforms, backend systems, or data engineering workflows.
- Robust foundation in Python, PostgreSQL, and Apache Airflow, with an interest in building scalable and reliable data systems.
- Passion for solving complex engineering problems while working in a collaborative, fast-paced product environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, validation, and enrichment of operational datasets.
- Build and support Apache Airflow workflows integrating satellite tracking, sensor, and external data sources.
- Assist in designing and optimizing PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and database performance.
- Develop backend services and APIs for dataset access and delivery.
