Provide guidance and support across various investment transactions, including performing and non -performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle -market, and specialty financing.

Take accountability for the end -to -end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution and high -quality outcomes.

Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team during product implementation and post -implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.

Address client -specific needs through ad -hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for platform features, client changes, and issue resolution.

Act as an extension of the client team, supporting asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post -deal analysis, and business planning to deliver value -added insights.





Proactively identify and resolve conflicts within teams and among stakeholders using effective strategies such as mediation, negotiation, and consensus -building to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements
MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance/IT or related fields; B.E./B.Tech preferred

Demonstrated experience in engineering technology -driven solutions, with strong acumen for leveraging technology to enhance financial processes

Proficient understanding of financial concepts, with advanced skills in Excel, Macros, and SQL (intermediate to advanced level required)

Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical thinking to effectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data

Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast -paced workplace, showcasing resilience and adaptability
