SALARY will always be paid70 % FIXED every month AND 30% ON ACHIEVING 50% TARGET BASED ON PRO RATA BASIS MONTHLY

EXCLUDING 1% INCENTIVE ON ACHIEVING 70% OF TARGETs

JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Hub Head/RM’s

REPORTS TO: National Head

OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Engaging with KOLs, Influencers at State level health Departments, PSUs, Corporate Bodies

SUMMARY OF POSITION

To institutionalize S.S. Medical Systems’ Infection Control solutions by strategically aligning with State health priorities under NHM, influencing PIP formulation, and engaging with key decision-makers, policy architects, and technical committees at state levels, including but not limited to NHM Directorates, SHS, DHS,



DMERs NCDC, Central TB division, other bodies.

CAREER PROGRESSION

Ability to progress towards leadership role of VP – Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive sales and business development for medical equipment and devices within the assigned geography
2. Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers within the healthcare ecosystem to support business growth
3. Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
4. Manage government sales and tender business, with special focus on GeM portal bids and related processes.
5. Coordinate with local partners (LPs) for follow-ups, bid submissions, and next-level actions.
6. Oversee hub operations, ensuring productive coordination with cross-functional teams for business execution.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insigh
