- Extensive knowledge of item rates in C&I; and related packages with the ability to accurately assess project costs based on given drawings and requirements for Design & Build projects (D&B;).
- Should have good knowledge of BOQ item rates in C&I; packages. Accurately derive the project cost based on the given Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for General contracting projects (GC)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD to Perform detailed quantity take-off to accurately estimate project costs for Design & Build and general contracting (GC) corporate interior projects.
- Having good work experience in Cost X tool is an added advantage
- Should have positive knowledge of various makes and specifications available in the C&I; packages to provide accurate pricing information.
- Should align with the company's costing policy and be able to work accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure cost estimates align with requirements and desired outcomes.
- Provide timely turnarounds on cost estimates based on project requirements, ensuring efficiency. High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to quickly respond to project requirements and changes.
