Purpose of this position /
Position summary

To deliver standardized eye care services under the Netra Program through structured appointments, employee consultation, and operational management, ensuring a seamless end-to-end employee experience.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Clinical Care
- Conduct eye exams (refraction, screening) as per ZEISS protocols.
- Validate/update prescriptions.

Appointments & Flow




- Manage scheduled testing slots and employee flow.
- Coordinate with Netra POC for scheduling.

Employee Consultation
- Recommend ZEISS solutions and guide employees.
- Handle basic queries/complaints.

Program & Operations
- Execute Netra SOPs; ensure setup readiness.
- Manage employee handling and service delivery.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and prescriptions.
- Track and report program data (monthly summaries).

Feedback & Improvement
- Support post-delivery feedback tracking.
- Education : Bachelor’s/Master’s-in-Optometry
- Experience : 1-4 years (clinical/retail optometry)
- Skills : Clinical expertise, employee communication, process discipline, organization
