Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Maintain and monitor hardware,



software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance to staff with IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
- Network Administration: Oversee network security, upgrades, and backups to protect organizational data.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for procurement and maintenance.
- Project Management: Implement and support IT projects aligned with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, licenses, and user manuals.

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems (hardware, software, networks).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
