Your future role

Take on a current challenge and apply your change management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of change management processes across Alstom's IS&T; environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including service providers, technical experts, and business stakeholders, to manage change requests, assess risks, and ensure organizational readiness. You’ll also lead structured methodologies for change management and much more.





You’ll specifically take care of facilitating change management processes, but also ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
