About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Reconciliation Associate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and reconciling claim and payment data to ensure accuracy across billing, payment posting, denial, and outstanding balance records.
This role is best suited for someone who has strong attention to detail, understands US healthcare/RCM processes, and can identify discrepancies in EOBs, payer responses, payments, adjustments, and claim statuses.
