About the Opportunity:
As a Senior Global Compensation Analyst SR (for US and India employees), you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of Sagent’s global compensation programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this role will give you high visibility throughout the Company and the prospect to be part of a growing FinTech organization. Experience managing compensation in US and India makes you an ideal candidate for the role

Your Day-to-Day at Sagent:
- Conduct Compensation Analysis: Evaluate job positions and determine classifications, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary ranges based on market data and internal equity.
- Job Evaluation and Classification: Prepare and manage job architecture and related documents, and salary ranges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with federal and state laws.
- Policy Development: Plan, develop, and communicate compensation policies and procedures, including salary structures and variable pay.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to management and employees on compensation-related issues, including salary complaints and promotions.
- Data Management: Prepare reports summarizing job analysis, compensation analysis, and organizational structures, utilizing statistical methods to support decision-making.
