Job Purpose

To support its growth, John Cockerill Energy Solutions, headquartered in Belgium, is opening an office in Mumbai and is hiring a Mechanical Designer.
The Mechanical Designer is an employee responsible to issue general arrangement anddetailed drawings of products of the Energy Business line of John Cockerill,



mainly HRSG and industrial boilers’ heat exchangers, solar receivers, pressure vessels... He/She assures the delivery on time of products general assembly and detailed manufacturing drawings according to the milestones defined by the execution Project Teams. He/She is particularly
responsible to deliver his/her work in conformity with internal quality standards as defined in the QMS 9quality management system) of the Energy Business of John Cockerill.

The Mechanical Designer is responsible for the delivery of the GA (general arrangements) and detailed manufacturing drawings of the products of the Energy Business of John Cockerill under the hierarchical responsibility of the Design Manager and the functional responsibility of the Technical Project Manager with the following objectives:

• Respect of the Design Process as defined in the QMS of the Business,
• Technical conformity of drawings t
