Experienced technical resource to support the configuration and operation of Computacenter Data Loss Prevention systems and capabilities ensuring the confidentiality Integrity and availability of Computacenter data across all critical systems and services.
What you’ll do
- As a Data Loss Prevention Engineer, working inside Security platform tooling you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the DLP capabilities, managing and updating policies and dealing with policy decisions and managing exceptions are required. You will:
- Provide security guidance for solutions protecting Computacenter Data such as DLP across all critical systems and services that process store or contain Computacenter data.
- Ensure secure configuration standards for data loss protection and data exfiltration prevention are adhered to.
- Manage and review the operation of Data security tooling solutions and Data Security capabilities within Computacenter solutions and services.
- Look at the operation of data security controls in the broader context of all operational security controls.
- Review data loss alerts and events in conjunction with the Data Security Led to ensure policies are optimised and emerging risks to data are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Produce meaningful metrics to support Key Performance Indicators.
- Identify gaps in protection of data across Computacenter platforms and services.
What you’ll need
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, Information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience working in a Cyber Operations workplace, with demonstrable experience in data loss prevention and governance with Microsoft Purview.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Certified Security – Specialty
