The ideal candidate understands consumer businesses, has experience working with D2C brands or scaling B2C platforms, and possesses the ability to think strategically while executing with speed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the founders on strategic business initiatives, operational priorities, and special projects.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support key business decisions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Build presentations, business reports, dashboards, and financial models for internal planning and investor discussions.
Support the execution of expansion initiatives, customer acquisition strategies, and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project management and execution.
