The Warehouse Automation Consultant is a full-time remote role focused on leading the analysis, design, and evaluation of warehouse automation solutions for our clients.
Working closely with client stakeholders and project teams, the consultant will assess warehouse operations and develop data-driven automation strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include analysing operational data, conducting warehouse process reviews, defining future-state operating models, developing automation concepts, supporting warehouse layout and solution design, and preparing investment business cases.
The consultant will be a pro-active self-starter and will be expected to translate complex operational challenges into practical solutions, prepare high-quality presentations and recommendations, and confidently communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position requires a combination of analytical capability, operational understanding,
project management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
