Your new role
As Associate Manager – FP&A;, you will be a trusted business partner to our Business Units, driving the financial planning, reporting and analysis that keep our performance on track. You will combine sharp analytical skills with strong stakeholder engagement to bring transparency to short- and long-term targets.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Supporting and actively participating in data collaboration for budget exercises and computing targets for the Business Unit
- Conducting monthly financial performance reporting to Business Units and drafting monthly financial MIS, including MMR, inventory monitoring and product mix analysis
- Tracking monthly sales development, highlighting YTG sales targets versus planned periods,
and reporting price development and coordinated timelines for proposed implementations
- Driving every element of P&L;, reporting variance analysis to monitor sustainable growth and partnering with Business Units on cost forecasting and monthly variance reporting
- Reviewing monthly collections/receivables and reporting collection performance for institutional business
- Acting as a business partner for the line of business, supporting them on a need basis
- Driving automation projects and managing multiple internal stakeholders
