At EY, we are building a next‑generation, AI‑enabled Revenue Assurance Solution within GDS to help telecom operators protect revenues, reduce leakage, and move from people‑heavy controls to intelligent, scalable assurance models.

The prospect

As a Senior – Revenue Assurance, you will play a key role in the hands‑on execution and operationalization of EY’s AI‑enabled RA solution. You will work across the complete telecom revenue lifecycle, executing reconciliations, investigating revenue leakages, validating billing and network data, and actively contributing to the development and use of AI agents across Revenue Assurance use cases.

This role requires strong telecom domain expertise, deep billing and network understanding,



and practical experience applying analytics and AI‑driven techniques within the RA lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

Client delivery & analysis
- Execute end‑to‑end Revenue Assurance controls across the telecom revenue lifecycle:
network → mediation → rating → billing → invoicing → collections → GL
- Perform usage‑to‑cash and provisioning‑to‑billing reconciliations (CDR/UDR vs mediation vs billing vs GL), identifying:

- Unbilled or under‑billed usage
- Rating and charging discrepancies
- Product and catalogue configuration mismatches
- Analyze billing mismatches, incorrect discount application, bundle errors, and tariff rule failures.
- Investigate revenue leakage, perform root‑cause analysis, quantify financial impact, and support issue closure.
- Execute RA controls across all major telecom revenue streams, including voice (MO/MT, domestic & international), SMS (P2P, A2P), data, roaming (TAP, NRTRDE), interconnect and settlements,
