Job Summary:

The Senior Associate – Organizational Effectiveness Support role will operate as an extension of the onshore Canada Organizational Effectiveness team within Talent Development. The role will support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives while also providing the operational, administrative and coordination support. This includes developing high-quality presentations, synthesizing information into clear insights, maintaining trackers and reports, coordinating logistics and documentation, supporting stakeholder follow-ups,



and helping ensure deliverables are accurate, timely and client-ready. The individual will be expected to combine robust PowerPoint storytelling, advanced Excel capability, structured execution, sound judgement and professional communication skills to support decision-making and delivery across Canadian time zones.

Essential Functions of the Job:

The key function of this position is to support the Canada Organizational Effectiveness practice through presentation development, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, learning deployment-style administration, process support and execution support for Talent Development initiatives.
