About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Executive –Founder’s Office to support and strengthen Smytten's governance and compliance framework. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain solid corporate governance practices, and support the implementation of key compliance initiatives across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling RoC-specific legal and compliance (Companies Act, 2013), including timely statutory filings, maintenance of records, and adherence to applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.
