Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in automations.
- 3 years of experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile).

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience working with global distributed teams.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team workplace with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
