Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI & Tableau Platform Engineer with solid expertise in Tableau Server/Cloud Administration, Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and cloud-based BI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Tableau platforms, optimizing dashboards, troubleshooting production issues, and integrating enterprise data sources to deliver high-performance business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud environments.
- Manage users, groups, projects, permissions, schedules, subscriptions, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot Tableau connectivity issues, extract refresh failures, and dashboard performance bottlenecks.
- Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Build and maintain Tableau data sources using SQL, Tableau Prep, and cloud data warehouses.
- Integrate Tableau with enterprise platforms including Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS, and other cloud databases.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models,



and ETL workflows for analytics reporting.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, refreshes, subscriptions, and production environments.
- Perform dashboard performance tuning and extract optimization.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support production incidents and provide timely issue resolution.
- Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories.
- Work closely with global stakeholders, including US-based clients, during support and delivery engagements.

- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Tableau.
