Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Demand & Supply Planning Manager to drive end-to-end demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment across all sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with quick-moving and perishable products.
The role requires balancing customer demand with supply constraints while ensuring high product availability, optimum inventory, and minimal wastage across our omnichannel business.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, Procurement, and Finance teams to build consensus forecasts.
