Why are we building Nuclei?

Nuclei is a product company working with 25+ leading BFSI and telecom enterprises.

Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially the learnings from our previous startups/companies:

Working with Product Managers to help them:

Make Better Decisions With

Market Research - to understand problems and seek validation of new ideas
Competitor Analysis - identifying potential gaps in current solutions to those problems
User Interviews/Survey - speaking to actual user personas and hearing problems from the horse’s mouth, hypothesis validation
Data Analysis - making sense out of your research findings

Build Products That Solve Actual Customer Problems By





Writing/Updating Product Requirement Documents - the single source of truth
Creating flowcharts - speeding up understanding through positive visualization
Wireframes - low-fidelity mock-ups based on a developed understanding of usability

Soft Skills

Coachable, open to taking and giving feedback in a constructive manner
Someone who reflects the company’s core values
Someone who appreciates first principles thinking and is willing to take the road less travelled
Willing to go outside their comfort zone and get their hands dirty
Passionate about a skilled hobby such as a sport, music, arts and more

Requirements

Final year of B.Tech in engineering colleges, where 6-month internships are part of the course
Strong data analytics and ability to set up experiments and test hypotheses.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and ability to extract quality information from surveys and eventually evangelize the product or feature.
