Global Operations: Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist

Position overview

The Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist partners with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial and operational insights that inform strategy, enhance performance, and support global finance objectives. The role combines strong commercial acumen with analytical rigor to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear, decision-ready narratives.

In addition to core business partnering, the role leads the development and evolution of Power BI reporting solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality outputs that enable timely, data-driven decision-making. The position also supports emerging AI-driven reporting capabilities and contributes to Managed Services and Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives,



helping establish standardized, productive, and future-ready reporting processes.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial and operational insights that support decision-making.
- Perform financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to guide business strategy.
- Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards and performance reporting in partnership with stakeholders; ensure outputs are insightful, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
