Your new role
As Senior Project Manager for Commercial Insights & Analytics, you'll be the strategic orchestrator behind complex, cross-functional initiatives that transform how we leverage data and insights to serve patients globally. You'll connect commercial analytics, operations,
and stakeholders across continents to deliver projects that directly impact our ability to reach more patients with life-changing medicines.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end project delivery including budget oversight, business case development, and resource planning across global teams spanning India, affiliates, and headquarters
- Driving process excellence by standardizing and improving workflows, documenting best practices, and ensuring scalability to support efficient business growth
- Leading senior stakeholder engagement across Vice Presidents, Directors, and commercial teams, developing engagement plans and managing complex stakeholder landscapes
- Co-creating Commercial Analytics strategy and translating it into actionable plans, while monitoring industry trends and organizational performance
