Job Title: Process Expert – Change Control & System Integration Coordination

Process Expert responsible for governing HR system changes across a complex, integrated HR technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Digital & Technology (D&T;), and external vendors, ensuring all HRIS changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and high-quality manner. The position offers strong global stakeholder exposure, ownership of change governance, testing coordination, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement within a leading science-based multinational organization.

Your key responsibilities




- Ability to coordinate and govern end-to-end HR system change requests while ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, HR data management, and system integrations.
- Experience managing integration testing, regression testing, and ensuring quality outcomes for system enhancements and releases.
- Ability to act as the central coordination point between HR, IT/D&T; teams, Change Control Boards, and external vendors..
- Experience driving structured escalation management, issue resolution, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Strong planning, impact analysis, documentation management, tracker maintenance, and process improvement capabilities.
